After obtaining his real estate license in 2007, Khoa joined a boutique brokerage. Throughout those early years, he also built his personal portfolio with apartment buildings. Being fluent in Vietnamese added to his skillset with the market being popular with Vietnamese-speaking buyers and sellers.
In 2012, Khoa obtained his brokers license and became an independent sales agent. “My greatest professional accomplishments have been the people who I have helped,” Khoa said. “I treasure the great feedback I receive from the growing list of clients who are referred to me, and hope to continue to earn their business as the new owner of a NextHome franchise.”
